| Introduction | Edible Creations is a small business I am proud to have founded in 2007. We specialise in making beautiful custom designed cakes, cupcakes and gingerbread. Our passion is to make edible creative works of art that bring joy to their recipients. Why blog? When I first started this blog it's main purpose was to share the week to week goings on at Edible Creations. But in all honesty I was finding that very un-inspiring ... sure we make gorgeous cakes every week but I can only take so much of blowing my own trumpet which led me to being a very slack blogger! I am now excited to say that I have a new focus and passion for this blog. My desire is to share my knowledge, my passion, my ideas, my learnings in relation to all things cake and decorating.
