I plan to retire in 2 years and I consider this a "last call" to fitness. I want to be able to travel with my husband and enjoy my retirement in good health. Besides crossing that finish line next October, my other goal is to have developed the "habit of exercise" in my life. When I have grandchildren, it will be so cool to tell them their granny ran the Chicago Marathon at 60 years old! |
