Introduction	The journey up to this point has led me to adopt the following simple Rule of Life (a' la Benedictine Rule): Trust God; Be Yourself; Enjoy the Journey. 1) Trusting God comes through a sustained, long-term relationship with God in Prayer. Prayer is the first priority, not an afterthought or an option. The spiritual life is created, sustained, nurtured, and matured through Prayer and Service -- ora et labora. Our Service emerges from our experience of Prayer. 2) Being yourself means not to allow anyone else to dictate who you will be or to squeeze you into their mold. As Polonius advised Laertes, "To thine own self be true, and thou canst not be false to any man." 3) Enjoy the Journey because life is short and each day of life is a precious gift. Follow your bliss and enjoy the gift of life. To sum up then, in three words: Pray. Be. Enjoy.
