| Introduction | Born in the Philippines. Attended Don Bosco Tech Institute for primary and secondary education. Attended Jose Rizal University as an undergrad from 1972 - 1976. Enlisted in the US Navy and served from 1976 till 2000. Married my former college teacher in 1978. A father to a daughter in 1981. A chief in 1987. Accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior in 1991. A senior chief in 1995. Served onboard the USS Mobile Bay CG-53 as part of the Forward Deployed Naval Forces from May 1997 till June 2000. Retired from active duty August 31st of 2000. Returned to the Philippines in September of 2000. Returned to the Jose Rizal University in 2001 and completed college in 2004. Graduated with honors from the Jose Rizal University with a Master in Public Administration in 2006. |
