About me

Introduction I am a Criminal Justice Major at California State University of Sacramento, in my senior year. I am the first member of my family to attend a four-year University and I have been on the president honor-roll every semester. Moreover, I have obtained an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Solano Community College, where I was on the president’s honor-roll. Currently, I am a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society at California State University of Sacramento. My future career goals are to become a local sheriff deputy and move up the ranks into management. It has always been my dream to become a police officer because I want to make a difference in people’s lives. I am passionate about low income communities because I grew up in one and want to better understand the reasons behind the high levels of crime in these communities.
