Introduction	I'm a twenty-two year old graduate student pursuing a Master's in Literacy at SUNY Geneseo. Right now I'm an assistant teacher, but hope to one day have a classroom of my own! A lot of people eat to live. I'm not one of them. I live to eat! Sometimes maintaining a healthy diet makes it difficult to enjoy food to the fullest. This blog will document my efforts to stay fit while still savoring every bite!
