Location Texas, United States
Introduction These are a few of my favorite things: falling more in love with Jesus, starry skies, the ocean, soft grass beneath my bare feet, evening primroses, forget-me-nots, peasant skirts, anything vintage, fairies, fireflies, childhood memories, strawberries, cottages covered in ivy, swing dancing, writing, reading classic books and Christian books that inspire me, cherry blossoms, lavender, tree swings, moonlit walks, butterflies, belly laughs, kindred spirits, snow ice cream, sea shells, pearls, iced tea, hazelnut Italian cream sodas with whipped cream, Narnia, the smell of books mixed with coffee, vanilla candles, beautiful journals, scarves, Pachelbel’s Canon in D, classic black & white movies, live theater, original artwork with a touch of whimsy, Christmas lights, sweet kitty cats, train whistles, teacups, talking to God when it’s still dark outside, the City of Jerusalem, God’s Word, anointed sermons that challenge me, making new memories with my family, searching the heart of God.
Interests Writing; reading; swing dancing (like they did back in the 1940's); laughing; spending time with friends and family; and the list goes on...
Favorite Books The Bible; The Mark of the Lion Series by Francine Rivers; The Hiding Place by Corrie ten Boom; Mere Christianity, The Great Divorce, and the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis; More Than a Carpenter by Josh McDowell; Bravehearted Gospel by Eric Ludy; Set Apart Femininity and Sacred Singleness by Leslie Ludy; Passion and Purity by Elisabeth Elliott; Lady in Waiting by Debby Jones and Jackie Kendall; and lots lots more!

What's the earliest you've gotten up to watch cartoons and what did you see?

When I was little, I used to always get up early on Saturdays to watch the Smurfs and Strawberry Shortcake. Well, technically I guess I didn't "get up"... I would just drag my sleeping bag into the living room, plop down, and sleep in front of the TV while my shows were on. (Don't ask me why!)
