Introduction	Why "The Minivan Cook"? Well, for starters, "The Suburban Cook" was taken. But that's ok because nothing says "suburban" like "minivan." I should also add that the week I started this blog was the same week that I crashed and killed my prior minivan. I was fairly excited about the prospect of getting a new car until I realized that with three growing kids, I was destined for--well, another minivan. I figured I might as well embrace my minivan identity. This blog, however, is about cooking--the how, the why, and the what. On some level, cooking is more about the stories than it is about the food. These are my stories. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I've enjoyed living them.
