Introduction	As someone who works in the Food and Beverage industry by choice, I thought it would be great to let people in on a few things. I'll be reviewing restaurants as someone who knows the ins and outs of them, as well as reviewing different beers, wines, and spirits. I'll be discussing ingredients and proteins newly in season as well as some restaurants using them. Family Meal in the restaurant world is the time right before the shift starts where we eat leftover food and discuss how our week has been going as well as take care of the necessary preshift meeting where we discuss the night ahead and do a quick tasting. This blog will be my daily Family Meal.
