| Interests | Charles Massey El is “The People’s Sheriff”. He views the current administration as too disconnected and inadequate. Not only for the public that which it servesbut alsofor the employees within the Sheriff’s Office. Charles’s plans is to diversify the administrative command staff and to restructure the Patrol Division so that there will be more available visible units in our neighborhoods. Charles will focus on being more proactive and assertive in preventing criminal activities. A partof his effortwill include the utilization of the Homeland Security Division and for the prevention of terroristic criminal activitiesfor the citizen’s of Harris County. |
