Introduction	I started this blog with the purpose of reviewing restaurants from a vegetarian's perspective, however, I found that I didn't eat out at enough 'chain' restaurants to keep interested, so I've decided to change the focus to vegetarian recipes that I cook at home and love. I also live with and cook for a meat-hungry man, so will often cook recipes that can be easily adapted to include some type of meat to appease him, so will try and note these variations. Having just started I would love to hear any comments!
