Introduction	Hi! I'm doing this blog for all my friends and family. I love cooking and I'm very passionate about helping people with their cooking skills. I rarely use a recipe, but that doesn't mean I never read recipes. I scan many recipes constantly and then merge them, change them, or totally change them. I often just look at pictures of get ideas. In Culinary school in Basics class my Chef said all the time, "A recipe is just a guide" Don't follow it blindly and for that matter don't follow it with your eyes open either. My "recipes" are just guidelines. I almost never measure it's a little of this and a little of that. My directions are very simple and there are a lot of pictures to give you an idea of how much of something I used. Feel free to add more or less of something. TASTE, please taste on your way.
