| Introduction | A whole year of raising triplets and we are all thriving in our new roles! For those of you who don’t know me my name is Mandi Hart. My husband, Donny, and I tried for two years to have a baby. Then we turned to IVF. After a devastating first attempt we went more aggressively our second try. Meaning we implanted 3 embryos. The doctor told us they did not grade very well so we should implant all three and hope and pray that at least one took! Well, low and behold not just one "took". At my first ultrasound there were three dark circles all lined up in a perfect little row! At 21 weeks my cervix began to thin and open. I was placed on hospital bedrest for the next 13 weeks! On November the 16th at 12:26, 12:27, and 12:29 Maddox Walker (4lb9oz), Mason Wyatt (3lb2oz), and Harleigh Jean(3lb6oz) entered this world kicking and screaming! Our lives haven't been the same since! We enjoy playing, singing, reading, trying new foods, taking baths, and taking lots of pics! They are all three very healthy and most importantly very happy! Our lives are sometimes stressful, but I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world! I love my babies, I love my husband, and I love our life! |
