| Introduction | Hi, thank you for visiting my blog. After being made redundant from my job working on a country estate in 2009, I decided to follow my heart and spend more time on my passion of creating, and more especially, knitting. I took part in several craft fairs on one sort or another, but then found that vintage was taking over from craft. Don't get me wrong, I love vintage, my home is full of super boot sale and charity shop finds, but I felt hand-crafted was being overlooked, and so I began holding my own Hand-Crafted Home Fairs where all items for sale must be hand-made by the stallholders. I now have a regular venue at a visitor centre based at beautiful lakes in the area and a growing network of crafters. Just recently I have invested in my own website called Jumping Lamb where I can showcase my Hand-Knits to a much wider audience. In the Autumn of my years life has taken a new direction and is great!! |
