| Introduction | I have a personal and professional passion for working with individuals that have Gluten Related Disorders. I have served as the camp dietitian during "Gluten Free Week" at Camp Kanata 2007-2010. I offer community lectures, continuing education seminars for allied health professionals and private consultations for clients following a gluten free diet.
