| Introduction | Marc J. Leder, based in Boca Raton, Florida, is the co-chief executive officer of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., a firm he co-founded in 1995. He has more than 25 years of active engagement in leveraged buyouts, investment banking, and business operations. Prior to Sun Capital, Mr. Leder had served as a senior vice president of Lehman Brothers in New York. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Today he sits on the University of Pennsylvania Huntsman Program Advisory Board. He is also a member of the boards of directors of the Berggruen Museum in Berlin and the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation. He and the Sun Capital Partners Foundation have supported more than 275 different local charities, with causes ranging from poverty alleviation to veteran's rights. |
