Introduction	Tom Harris developed an interest in politics very early on, studying Politics as an A Level, then graduating in International Relations and Politics before going on to study a masters in social research. He tends to stick to US and UK politics, with a particular interest in elections and statistics. During his time at university he helped to found a Politics and International Affairs Society which is still going strong. He has since gone on to create Britain-Votes.co.uk. The idea was in part inspired by the Electoral- Votes blog in America and an absence of a similar blog here in the UK. He has always been interested in researching the factors involved in political outcomes and, as such, has a keen interest in trying to predict them. This blog gives him with an outlet for this whilst proving a useful resource for its readers.
