| Introduction | As a child I was given a book about Elsa, the famous lioness, and so began my love for East Africa. In 1989 my dream of visiting Kenya finally became a reality - and I felt I had come "home". I hated having to leave and wept when the plane took off to return to Heathrow. I finally returned again in 1999 for my wedding. I was married at Ol Tukai Lodge in Amboseli - the best day of my life! It was my husband's first visit to Kenya, and he fell in love with the country, the wildlife and the people, just like me. One day PLEASE we both want to come home again! |
