Introduction	whilst cook to the British Ambassador in Sweden I fell in love with skiing. Setting off for France one season led to 15 seasons and I made the French Alps my home. In the summers I cooked in UK, Turkey and Barbados. Bringing all these culinary influences together I set up my own catering business when I returned to my home county of Leicestershire and we cater from 4 to 400, christenings, funerals and pretty much everything in between. In the autumn 2010 we set up our 1st foodie shop in leicester (more planned) where we sell our lovely homeamde food and 'must have' kitchen gadgets. Last year I wrote my first cookery book (Lucy's Food - over 350 tried and tested recipes with my mantra in mind - minimum effort, maximum impact! I kept my hand in the ski trade and work with Skiworld creating their menus and recipes with the help of 100s of wonderful chalet staff. Horrified by the amount of food we throw away I am intending to save this country from financial ruin 1 leftover at time.
