| Introduction | I am the former President, COO and Vice-Chairman of Diebold, Inc. the world renowned manufacturer of ATM systems. I gained a great deal of technology operations and market planning experience from 6 years with NCR Corporation as Director of Domestic Market planning and finally Director of Domestic Marketing Staff operations. I am currently serving on the Boards of Directors of Cardtronics the world’s largest deployer of ATMs, and is Chairman Emeritus of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association. I am also an advisor to the board of the R J Matthews Company, a nationwide distributor or livestock and companion pet food, pharmaceuticals and nutrition products and serves on the board of CMA Inc. a manufacturer of engineered cables. I have served on a multitude of community and industry boards. |
