Introduction	Jean is an advocate and voice for pets since losing her beloved dogs Tasha and Niki in 2002 to a poisonous vet drug. With Jean's assistance and pet health Web site, www.thepetguardian.com, this drug was removed from the U.S. market in September 2004, only to return to the U.S. market in June of 2008. Jean's passion for animals stems from her lifelong love of dogs. Jean's main interests are protecting and celebrating the lives of animals while showing the world what beautiful, spiritual creatures they really are. Jean is the founder, owner, and operator of the Kindred Spirits Gift Shop and the artist behind Auntie Angel Designs, inspirational and pet-lover jewelry. Jean is presently the guardian of two wonderful dogs, Abby and Dusty. Jean's work is in memory of all her angel dogs, on earth and at the Rainbow Bridge. Her beautiful black German shepherd, Casey, went to The Bridge September 5, 2013. Casey is the driving force behind Jean's work and passion, for it is he who changed the course of her life and provides inspiration on a daily basis, for the betterment of those with paws.
