Introduction	I am a 27 year old soon to be graduate of Albright College. I currentl work at the Reading School District as a Security Officer. I live at home with my Mom, girlfriend, and our dog meatball. I have many hobbies and interest. I am creating this blog as part of my Diversity class. My topic for this blog will be Discriminatory issues in Professional and College Football. I intend this not to be a sports talk blog although I fear in some aspects it might turn into such but a blog on the talk of discrimination. I want your honest tuthfull and open opinion on matters we will discuss and I encourage you to either dissagree or be devils advocate to spurn conversations just be mindfull respectfull and nondegradin of others.
