Introduction	Charlie's Kitchen features vegan recipes that are affordable and easy to prepare. Charlie is a British ex-pat who has been living in Berkeley since 2005. She has been vegan for eight years and spent five of those years working as a chef in vegan restaurants, mostly making desserts. Tips about food photography are much appreciated. The goal is to make the food look as delicious as it tastes!
