| Introduction | I am the mother of four children living in a small town in northern B.C., Canada. We eat a mostly plant based diet, and in the summer subscribe to a weekly organic vegetable box scheme through a local farm. Winters are long however, and access to exotic ingredients in a small northern town is very limited. Therefore, the food I prepare is simple, healthy, budget friendly and kid approved. |
