| Introduction | Born and raised in Northern California's Bay Area, Legend Rivera made the trip to NYC in 2005... with no plan at all. As an accomplished athlete and entrepreneur he began looking for new challenges and found one in the least likely of places. What started out as a fascination with a book called "Face Forward" by the late Kevyn Aucoin, and an intrigue with color at his closest MAC store, became a full fledged obsession with makeup artistry and bred the artist now working on fashion shows, music videos, public appearances and editorials appearing in publications in Latin America, Europe and the United States. Legend has worked on campaigns for leaders in the fashion industry, projects for acclaimed musicians and personalities in feature films. He has translated these experiences into an educated look into products and their uses making him a destination for beauty editors and top clientele when searching for the best skincare, color products and application advice. |
