| Introduction | I earned my M.S. in TESOL from Florida International University, and I've been teaching since 1991. In my spare time (what's that?), I love to travel, and I'm also a fiction writer under the name of Wendy Ramer. From 1991-1995, I taught English in Spain and Italy. These experiences became the inspiration for my six novels: Enzo's Mamma, Looking for Anita, Chamarad, Saffron Dreams, Snapshot, and Five Days.
