| Introduction | Douglas' stories have or will be published in: Britain’s Horror Express, HUB and Thirteen Magazine: USA’s Black Ink Horror Magazine, Escaping Elsewhere, Mount Zion Press, Chainsaw Magazine, and in the anthologies ‘Raw Meat’ by CWW Press and Larry Sells’ ‘Enter the Realm.’ In 2009 Sideshow Press released his novella BOOGALOOS and chapbook SWEET THINGS. Here is a partial list of his favorite writers and influences. He likes the styles of Nancy Kilpatrick, Ray Bradbury, Annie Proulx, Susie Moloney, Edo van Belkom, Rick Hautala, Hugh B Cave, Neil Gaiman, Jack Ketchum and Charles Dickens. Other influences are O.Henry, Alice Cooper, Frank Darabont, David Bowie, Tim Burton, Alfred Hitchcock, American Gothic's Shaun Cassidy and Frank Capra .
