Introduction	why you should read this? i'm no foodie, but a professional chef. i don't seek to critique food, nor do i plan on telling you where you should or shouldn't eat as there are many blogs out there that do this better than i ever could (check my blog list). my aim is to give you the EXPERIENCE of food, whether it be a great meal with friends, a particularly fantastic (or horrific) day/night working the line, and perhaps some decent food writing. a good place to start is to click on "READERS GUIDE TO ALL POSTINGS" under the labels section below on the right.
