Introduction	Bonny Cushman – We live on a standard city lot in Portland, Oregon, but to listen to my dreams you would think we live on a vast country estate. In other words, I am convinced I can have it all. The prolific vegetable garden. A place to take solace or that invites guests in. A landscape that incorporates a vibrant combination of colors and textures that last throughout the year. We moved into our home just over three years ago and my vision is beginning to take root. I consider myself a fairly seasoned gardener with lots to learn. This blog will include my experiences in tending our urban plot. I hope you enjoy. Mark Cockcroft - I love to cook and especially eat. Thankfully my wife is a great gardener and provides us fabulous veg from the garden for a large part of the year. I am also an owner of a business called Tails & Trotters- we raise hazelnut-finished pork. An embarrassment of piggy treats is at hand whenever the kitchen muse calls. I look forward to sharing our culinary journey from our plots and pots.
