| Introduction | I'm the eternal optimist. I tend to be extroverted and am a social butterfly who enjoys spending time with family, friends, and meeting new people. I'm Christian and am passionate about it. I love singing and dancing around in my car (I get some odd looks but I don't mind). My favorite color is yellow and my favorite flowers are Stargazer Lillies. I am the wife of a wonderful man from NY (complete with adorable Long Island accent) and the mother of the most precious little girl on the planet! I am blessed beyond measure and love the life I live. I campaign for loving the body we're in now and living now, today, not waiting for 5 more, 10 more, 100 more pounds to be gone first. I'm a Lutheran (CLB) and love to discuss theology. I also love 70's decor, thrifting, books, and music of all kinds. I'm eclectic and as such...so is this blog. |

| Favorite movies | There are many. I lean toward religious movies, documentaries, Shakespearean films, and dramas. Also typically anything British. My husband loves comedy...it's amazing we even get to watch anything together!! |
| Favorite music | Anything and everything! I'm very eclectic. Usually I have some variety of worship music in or a Christian artist of some sort. I am a sucker for old 60's and 70's music. Leslie Hall is hilarious and amazing. Smoking Popes are awesome. I also like Fleet Foxes, Rilo Kiley, Arcade Fire, Mumford and Sons, Radiohead, Tori Amos, Bob Marley, and Michael Franti. |
