| Introduction | Graduated from Univ. of Washington 1951, followed by 30 years as a Navy jet pilot (including 2 years as ship driver), 14 years at the Livermore National Lab, 9 years as consultant, now a writer (wife claims I can't hold a steady job.) I've wanted to write for many years. Have written extensively as an integral part of most assignments over the years, but no fiction writing. Now working on a novel "In Dangerous Waters" based on my first Navy assignment (before flight shool) aboard a destroyer escort during the Korean War. Have chosen to self-publish. More "sea stories" to follow plus a short story or two inserted as time permits. |
