| Introduction | Since I'm no longer able to play piano (due to seizures), my focus has switched to painting. Maybe one day I'll be able to play piano again, but for now my brain is leading me in a different direction. Reading is still my drug of choice. Eating healthy (lots of raw veggies) and practicing the T5Rites every day are important for maintaining balance in my life. I've added running and yoga (going slow on that). The yoga and running seem to compliment each other. |
