Introduction	I tend to use the word groovy quite a bit ... and why not? It's makes small talk and platitudes much more fun and interesting. It might also just improve your (or my) day. Give the groovy mindset a try; you might never go back. My groovy mindset also motivates my aspiration to create value. "To some, hard work is only pain. To others, it is an opportunity to create value." I sure wish I had noted, back in the 80s, the author of this statement or where I found it. It is one of my favorite quotes and I strive to honor the latter sentiment in my life's work. Sometimes that is challenging ... because sometimes work can be painful. However, when I stay focused on the goal of creating (or contributing to) something of value, I can work thru the painful moments that are part of life, part of growing ... part of creating something of value. #createvalue.
