| Introduction | Nichole Wilson has been teaching at Mason High School since 1999. She is a Master Teacher, and currently teaches Advanced Placement English Literature and English IV. She has also taught English at multiple grade levels, as well Enhanced Communication Technology and Journalism. She has been a reader AP English Literature Exam for four years, and has developed curriculum for two College Board Audits for AP English Literature. Nichole was a J. William Fulbright Teacher in 2009-2010 at East Norfolk Sixth Form College, where she taught AS Literature, AS Language, and AS Media Studies. She continues to be actively involved with the Fulbright program as an alumni resource through panel presentations, one-on-one discussions, both face-to-face, and through discussion boards, with newly selected Fulbright teachers and applicants. While in England, she was invited by the British Council to serve on a screening panel for British applicants to the Fulbright program. Prior to joining the MHS staff, she worked as a journalist, and as the Director of College Relations and Communications at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Her son, Patrick, is a senior at Ohio University. |
