| Introduction | Kathleen means PURE, and I strive to live "...[a] pure and blameless li[fe] until the day of Christ's return" (Phil. 1:10). I fail miserably all the time but am so thankful for the love of God that meets my failure with grace and forgiveness. I also seek wellness in all aspects of my life: body. mind. soul. Do I fail at this too? Absolutely! But I'd love to share my journey with you and offer some encouragement and tips with some levity thrown in for good measure. |
