| Introduction | In December 2006, a few weeks before her 54th birthday, my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease. My parents have been married since 1977 and have raised five kids. I'm the oldest, born in 1981. We are a close knit family and the intrusion of this disease has been like a punch in the gut. This blog is my coping mechanism. |
