| Introduction | This blog is dedicated to all those who tire of my rants and raves about nutritious eating. Instead of preaching about how whole foods can heal and prevent most diseases, I'll be directing that energy towards this blog with food posts and yummy information that will hopefully inspire you to commit to a healthier life style as well. A little over 5 years ago I found myself held captive under high fat, low nutritious, addicting foods and the day before my first child was born I weighed in at 196 lbs. I'm only 5'2". After she was born and before she started walking, I decided to make a change. A big change. I wanted to be a mom able to chase her child(ren). A wife able to try new adventures with her husband. And a person who woulnd't be bogged down, unbalanced and tired all the time. And so it started. My path to healthier eating. I'm still learning, and I hope you'll join me on this path to better health :) |
