Introduction	Our family recently moved to rural south-central Pennsylvania so that I could persue my longtime dream of living in the rural countryside on my own little farm to be a goat farmer and making goat cheeses. Country living is very different from what we are used to - and every aspect of our daily lives has changed. Every day is a new challenge that I eagerly await.
