| Introduction | Dr. Sreoshi Sinha is a scholar of counterterrorism, international humanitarian law, and national security focused on South Asia, especially India and Bangladesh. She is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies. She holds a PhD from Jamia Millia Islamia’s Nelson Mandela Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution, an MPhil in Foreign Policy Studies, a Master’s in Human Rights Law from the University of Calcutta, and a BA in Sociology from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. She has taught human rights under CU and worked with the National Maritime Foundation, Centre for Air Power Studies, and the Information Fusion Centre for the Indian Ocean Region on terrorism, nuclear security, cyber threats, and maritime security. Her work spans monographs, journals, book chapters, and policy platforms, and she has presented at IPSA and NESA programs.
