Introduction	Since I was young, I have always led a very active life. I grew up playing tennis, wakeboarding, and camping. Then my sophmore year of college I joined the cross-country team. This one decision introduced me to the world of endurance sports. Since then I have continued to test the limits of my body. I believe that one should never stop exploring, and constantly push the boundries on what is possible. Every day I try to do this through training, working, and enjoying life. This blog is a slice of my daily life as a married, full-time dental student, and triathlete. I hope you enjoy it.
