| Introduction | In the nutrition field, I face a lot of people with a lot of different nutritional goals. My focus is to create a blog that people enjoy reading and that will motivate people all over to live a healthier lifestyle and get creative while loving what they do! Most people tune out when they hear of "healthy eating" but I want people to realize that healthy doesn't have to mean boring! IT IS SO EXCITING! ...and we are going to create some things people won't even recognize as health foods! We are on a journey to change lives! |
