I came to LumenVox with over 20 years of expertise in speech recognition, in-bound and out-bound customer self-service applications, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, multi-channel contact centers, call routing in call centers and the supporting technologies; including 5 years at Nuance Communications as North American Director of Sales Engineering and 5 years with Siebel Systems as Sales Consulting Manager. In my personal time I am an avid traveler and amateur photographer; I've taken pictures in all 50 states and over 20 countries. I also enjoys hiking and camping in the Mountains of Washington, cooking, and gardening. |
