Introduction	Oscar Aguilar spent his childhood between Southern California and Mexico, and enjoys speaking about himself in the third person. Drawing from his experiences in these two cultures he has evolved an asthetic in his work that elicits powerful responses from all those who experience it. Oscar has spent many years developing his artistic voice in various media. After his time in New York City as a performance artist, he then returned to his home in Southern California to pursue his interests in photography. As a photographer Oscar takes the viewer through his lense into his unique world providing those who experience that world with insight, controversy, and innovative ideals of beauty. His work has been featured on the Craig Kilborn show and Good Day LA.
