Introduction	I live at home with my hubby of 25 years and 2 nearly grown-up kids - well one is grown-up with the other not being far behind. I never used to struggle with my weight but 2 kids and not enough exercise has put pay to that, so I now find myself writing this blog. It's more for me than anyone else in the hope that I will continue on the long journey ahead. Apart from food I love music, playing violin and piano, love tennis and love quiet moments with the family... that is if it's possible for them to be quiet!
