Introduction	Tulsa is the second-largest city in Oklahoma with a population of over 400,000 people just behind the capital, Oklahoma City which has a population just over 600,000. Tulsa historically was known as the Oil Capital of the World, but it has shifted into a more well-rounded city with opportunities in many fields from technology to aviation. It is located on the banks of the Arkansas River just outside of the Ozark Mountains in the northeast portion of Oklahoma. It is considered to be the arts and cultural center of the state of Oklahoma.
