Introduction	I've been into tough sports for a long time, beginning with rodeo in high school and college, sailboat racing, windsurfing, and then cycling, running, and duathlon for the last few decades. I race, organize and direct events and write about the sports that I love. I'm a grand-masters athlete but tend to think of myself as just a mature teenager. Triathlons are for people too uncoordinated to race cyclocross.
