| Introduction | I came to distance running late, in fact reaching the ripe old age of 50 and at a particulary low point in my life I decided better over the hill than under it! So a handful of 10k's three half marathons and two 26.2's later here I am looking towards the next challenge. I gaze at the sky, believe music drives emotion and love everything about being outside and free, most of all I love running, hidden hippy? maybe, searcher of happiness? definitely :) |
