| Introduction | I want a new life, i want to be a better person. Healthier inside and out. So i'm using this blog to release my emotions (instead of letting them out on other people), and also to keep myself accountable in eating healthier/exercising. I need a place to vent and people are too worried about reputations on facebook and i'm always in trouble from family/friends on there for just being honest... so here i am!
