Introduction	I find myself now, after many years of hard work, 'As free as a bird'. It is my eternal regret that after 43 years, 'I'm still here and she is not' So I go on, doing the travelling and seeing places that we planned to do together, only now I must do it on my own. So I keep my house and base in the SW of England, but travel far and wide as the whim takes me, usually in my campervan and mainly across Europe, especially SW France.
