| Introduction | Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, I was quickly indoctrinated into the Philadelphia sports scene. I remember watching the Phillies shock everyone in 1993, then the crushing feeling that came during the World Series...I was nine. After that came the same feeling with the Flyers in 1997 and the Sixers in 2001. The Eagles crushed me for most of the decade, but I still stand by them. As for the Phillies, October 29, 2008 was, and will be forever, my favorite sports moment. |
